Plaintiff also appeals from the trial court's granting of defendants' motion for summary judgment on her penalty wage claim, ORS 652.150, and from an award of attorney fees to defendants. ORS 659.121(1). We review for errors of law, ORS 19.125(1), and reverse and remand.
